Foster Viajes is a company dedicated to the commercialization of corporate and vacation travel, prepared to face with creativity the ongoing challenges of a competitive and global environment. We focus our actions on the full satisfaction of our clients. We establish that to achieve permanence and growth in the market, we must apply the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of our organization, based on the daily commitment of all those who are part of Foster Viajes.

 

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

 

These premises are continuously evaluated through the generation and analysis of indicators, which allow their assessment and the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the possible need to redefine work strategies. Foster Viajes management assumes leadership and periodically reviews the QMS, requesting the collaboration of all staff and the compliance with the guidelines provided by the QMS within the scope of their respective competencies and responsibilities.
